• Working knowledge of Linux, Microsoft Windows 10, 11, Server 2016, as well as experience working in Virtualized environments (i.e., VMware).
• Working knowledge with Active Directory, Remedy, Service Now, or other incident management system.
• Must have Security + or any certification identified in DoD 8570 IAT Level II.

This candidate will be part of a team that performs system engineering, system integration, hardware support, and technical and administrative support service. Candidate will provide IT services and support baseline updates, installation services, and system administration services. Candidate will provide services for any and all phases of system engineering, integration and support to ensure customers meet mission goals and objectives. These efforts include the full range of infrastructure design, implementation and integration, including, but not limited to, concept development, planning, requirements definition and analysis, systems design, integration, testing, implementation, deployment, support and sustainment. Ability to track inventory and produce accurate reports. This position is required to be on-site Monday through Friday with the anticipation that very limited weekend work will be required in the future.
Essential Job Responsibilities
• Working knowledge of Linux, Microsoft Windows 10, 11, Server 2016, as well as experience working in Virtualized environments (i.e., VMware).
• Working knowledge with Active Directory, Remedy, Service Now, or other incident management system.
• Provide help desk troubleshooting protocols resolving basic technical issues by providing guidance regarding software and hardware problems.
• Resolve more complex technical problems through a defined escalation process.
• Ability to track inventory and produce accurate reports
Compensation: $25-28.85/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location.
