Customer Call Specialists serve as the initial point-of-contact between customers and the Government. Customer Call Specialists shall perform non-inherently governmental tasks, perform proactive customer service to survivors and agencies, capture critical data on each application in the PSOB case management system, and accept or reject each application
based on submission of basic required documentation. 

MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Ideal candidate has between a minimum of 5-7 yrs. of customer service experience.
Must be fluent in Spanish and English
Required to be a U.S. Citizen
