Job Description
ARS is looking for an Education Program Manager. The Education Program Manager supports Department of the Air Force cyber workforce development by managing education, training, and curriculum initiatives focused on weapon system cybersecurity and cyber resiliency. This position develops and enhances technical training materials, manages education projects, collaborates with government and industry partners, analyzes workforce readiness, and delivers executive-level briefings to support CROWS strategic priorities.

Responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for planning, developing, and fielding Department of the Air Force weapon system-focused cyber education and training initiatives.
- Manage cyber education and curriculum development projects supporting CROWS cybersecurity and cyber resiliency objectives.
- Research, analyze, organize, and improve technical course materials, reference guides, and educational resources.
- Develop and maintain curriculum development schedules and education fielding plans.
- Conduct learning needs assessments and recommend improvements to training effectiveness and student learning outcomes.
- Design, collect, and analyze workforce readiness metrics to evaluate education and training effectiveness.
- Review and assist in developing cyber education policies, guidance, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare executive-level briefings, reports, and presentations for senior government leadership.
- Coordinate with organizations such as the Air Force Institute of Technology (AFIT), Defense Acquisition University (DAU), Air Force Cyber College, Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), and other stakeholders to support enterprise education initiatives.
- Support working groups, executive taskers, audits, and strategic education projects.
- Develop educational products and technical reference materials that improve cybersecurity awareness and knowledge across the Department of the Air Force workforce

Qualifications/ Technical Experience Requirements:
- Must be a US citizen
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Experience supporting Department of Defense acquisition programs.
- Experience managing education, training, or workforce development programs.
- Knowledge of instructional design, curriculum development, and adult learning principles.
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts, network security, cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and risk management processes.
- Experience developing technical training materials and educational documentation.
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Experience preparing and delivering executive-level briefings.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently while collaborating across diverse organizations.
