Desktop Administrator Opportunity | TS/SCI | Azure | Pax River, MD This is a hands-on role supporting cloud services, hosted applications, and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) in a cleared environment. You’ll serve as a technical support resource for end users while also working directly with virtual machines, system troubleshooting, application deployments, and cloud-based technologies. A few areas we’re particularly interested in: • Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility for SAP screening • Hands-on VDI / Azure Virtual Desktop experience • Strong Windows and Linux troubleshooting skills • Azure cloud experience and AZ-104 certification • Experience with Jira/Confluence/GitLab • Configuration management experience with Salt, Ansible, Chef, or Puppet • Building, deploying, patching, and maintaining virtual machine environments • Tier 1/2 technical support and incident management experience The role offers a good mix of end-user support and hands-on systems administration, including VDI management, VM deployment, application packaging, troubleshooting, and working alongside DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, and Architecture teams.
