Th is position manages customer project efforts and deliver s exceptional customer service throughout the lifecycle of complex projects lasting approximately 6 months or longer. The individual in this position is an exceptional representative of Red River and maintains the highest standards of professionalism, attention to detail, and responsiveness to customer requests. The y are the main point of contact for our customers and manage the day-to-day activities relating to the customer projects as required , including planning, coordination, scheduling, and execution of customer project requirements. Completing projects on time, on budget, and with exceptional customer satisfaction is the Technical Program Manager's charter. Additionally, th is position interfaces with and manages the customer stakeholder team on all assigned projects and maintains a team schedule. This position acts as the primary technical and programmatic interface across multiple programs and projects, of varying size and scope.

- Manage the project throughout its life cycle based on customer defined requirements and processes .
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plans to include establishing timelines and building budgets .
- Report on progress and provide regular updates to upper management .
- Work with other departments to ensure that project objectives are achieved within established timeframes .
- Coordinate between customer contacts, team resources, direct team members, partners, subcontractors, and project stakeholders on all aspects of a project .
- Manage partners or subcontractors throughout the lifecycle of the project .
- Manage the budget on projects by reporting burn rates and tracking utilization to keep projects within assigned budget allocation .
- Provide detailed reporting to management on the development of projects .
- Translate metrics into actionable, meaningful intelligence.
- Centralize all project documents (hard and soft copies) in the appropriate data stores per the guidance from the customer. Provide detailed reporting to management on the development of projects .
- Manage expectations and track risks and benefits .
- Communicate and gather required documentation on the project .
- Quickly and efficiently document status, action items and update project documents .
- Lead meetings and manage the attendees to control topics and agenda compliance .

- Maintain industry certifications as required .
- Support cost center growth efforts by directly identifying new business opportunities and driving pipeline development across tangential and organic market segments.

Success Criteria:
- Management support and consensus . It is essential that all stakeholders, particularly business leadership, agree on the goals for the project and are supportive of the work throughout the process. Everyone must understand and agree on what is to be accomplished . There must be a common vision, not just for the scope of the project, but how success will be judged at the end.
- A powerful plan. A thorough plan that has clearly defined roles and responsibilities is also critical. The plan is used to manage and monitor the project's performance throughout the process. But the real key is the ability to use that plan to manage progress and communicate effectively as the project progresses.
- Effective communication . This means opening the loop between the project manager and the project team, between all team members, and among the project manager and the organization's leadership and other internal and external stakeholders. The communication must be multidirectional, and be effective, whether written, verbal or nonverbal. While actions speak louder than words, communication is key to knowing what those actions should be and when they should be completed.
- Scope control . Scope changes are inevitable and will alter a project's scope. Need to control the scope as much as possible. All involved with the project must understand that a change in scope has implications on the project's cost, schedule and the quality of the end product .
- Consistent methodology . This stems from the ability to leverage the knowledge gained from prior projects. Prior practice creates a consistent terminology and provides experiences to draw from. Moreover, creating consistency allows project managers to better set and manage stakeholder expectations, since they'll be more comfortable as to what should be happening throughout the process.
Minimum Education/Certification/Experience Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in the project manager field or in a related area
- Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
- Bachelor-level degree in management or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Teams and / or WebEx
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Preferred Education/Certification/Experience:
- PMP Certification or master's degree in project management
- AWS, Azure or GCP Cloud Certification
Knowledge , Skills and Abilities :
- Proficient with SharePoint, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project and MS Visio
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected .
