Blu Omega is seeking a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer (Configuration / OmniStudio) to support a federal program focused on satellite communications (SATCOM) services acquisition. This role operates within a Salesforce environment and is responsible for configuration, development, and solution build-out to support application functionality, workflows, and user experience for a marketplace platform. The position requires experience supporting Salesforce development and automation within a mission-driven environment.
Program Overview
This program supports a Salesforce-based procurement platform used to acquire SATCOM services, with validation, funding, and payment workflows supported by the U.S. Space Force.

Location: Remote-first; optional 2 days/week onsite in Washington, DC (Deloitte office)
Clearance: Secret (clearance-eligible required)
Responsibilities
Salary Range: $105,000.00 - $145,000.00
Final compensation is based on technical skills, experience, education, certifications, and clearance.

Responsibilities
- Configure and develop Salesforce solutions using Lightning components, flows, and permission sets
- Build and optimize workflows and business process automation
- Contribute to solution design and collaborate closely with senior engineers
- Support the re-standup of an existing Salesforce implementation
- Assist in delivering new application capabilities and enhancements
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Ability to design and build custom, responsive user interfaces using LWC, HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- OmniStudio experience
- Experience with Lightning Experience and Salesforce Flow
- U.S. Citizenship and clearance eligibility
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to contribute in a fast-moving, team-based environment
- Public sector or federal program exposure
- Experience working within complex, compliance-driven environments
Salary Range: $105,000.00 - $145,000.00
