Job Purpose:
- The HUMINT Targeting Specialist at Knight Federal Solutions Inc is responsible for providing expert analysis and support in human intelligence (HUMINT) operations. The role requires a deep understanding of intelligence targeting processes and methodologies to effectively identify and assess potential sources of information. The specialist will play a crucial role in enhancing intelligence collection efforts and ensuring the successful execution of HUMINT missions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate intelligence data to identify potential targets for HUMINT operations.
- Develop and implement targeting strategies to optimize information collection efforts.
- Collaborate with intelligence analysts and field operatives to ensure the accuracy and relevance of targeting information.
- Maintain active TS/SCI clearance and demonstrate willingness to undergo a polygraph exam as required.
- Prepare detailed reports and assessments on targeting activities and outcomes.
- Stay updated on emerging intelligence trends and technologies to enhance targeting capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in HUMINT operations.
Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Political Science, National Security, or a related field.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in intelligence analysis or HUMINT operations.
- Proven track record of working within the intelligence community or military intelligence sectors.
- Experience with HUMINT targeting methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with national security policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective information dissemination.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and across various intelligence disciplines.
- Proficiency in utilizing intelligence databases and software applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
