Paralegal

Paralegals shall perform non-inherently governmental tasks and work with the Senior Benefits Specialists, Benefits Specialists, and the Program Director throughout the claims process to review and analyze supporting evidence, and to identify issues of fact and law on a variety of cases.
Following claim number assignment, Paralegals shall review assigned death and disability claims and identify potential issues.

Paralegals shall note the initial review in the company portal when the review was conducted. Paralegals shall meet with the Program Director and /or Benefits Specialists to discuss the claim. Send resume to k.mount@rmantras.com
