Job Purpose:
- The Intelligence Management Specialist at Knight Federal Solutions Inc is responsible for overseeing and enhancing intelligence operations to ensure optimal performance and security. This role requires a deep understanding of intelligence processes and the ability to manage complex projects effectively. The specialist will leverage their extensive experience to support strategic objectives and maintain compliance with security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement intelligence strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Manage intelligence operations and ensure the integration of intelligence activities across departments.
- Analyze intelligence data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Maintain current TS/SCI clearance and obtain CI Poly as required, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance intelligence capabilities and address emerging threats.
- Lead and mentor a team of intelligence analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Coordinate with external agencies and partners to share intelligence information and enhance operational effectiveness.
- Prepare and present detailed intelligence reports to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Stay informed of industry trends and advancements to continually improve intelligence methodologies and technologies.
Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
Required Experience:
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree
- Alternatively, 12 years of relevant experience without a degree
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Current Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance
- Ability to obtain Counterintelligence Polygraph (CI Poly)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in intelligence analysis and management
- Experience working in a federal or defense-related environment
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
