Job Description

Security IT Technical Program Analyst | Enterprise Security Infrastructure & Program Management | Active TS/SCI Required
Are you a senior-level technical and program analysis professional with expertise in law enforcement and security IT systems, ready to support mission-critical initiatives at the highest levels of the Department of War? We are looking for a sharp, strategically-minded professional ready to provide expert technical and program management support for complex security infrastructure programs in direct support of senior DoW leadership.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Law Enforcement & Security IT Technical Program Analyst, you will provide senior-level technical, analytical, and program management support for complex Department of War law enforcement, security, and information technology initiatives. You will support the planning, coordination, oversight, and execution of enterprise-level security infrastructure programs and strategic initiatives, while developing technical strategies, policies, and decision-support materials for senior DoW leaders on short notice. Your work will include synthesizing and preparing read-ahead materials for high-level engagements, facilitating working groups and meetings, and supporting Government-led production of analyses, assessments, and briefings that inform decision-making for senior DoW officials, Executive Branch leadership, and Congressional staff. You will integrate efforts across the DoW, Intelligence Community, and Defense Intelligence and Security Enterprise to further the National Defense Strategy, while managing electronic file systems across NIPR, SIPR, and JWICS in full compliance with NARA records management standards. This is a high-visibility role for a professional who excels at translating complex technical and security concepts into clear, actionable support for senior decision-makers.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Qualifications:
- Clearance: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience: 3-7 years of relevant experience in law enforcement, security IT, program analysis, or related disciplines
- Location: Must be able to work onsite in Arlington, VA
Required Technical Skills:
- LE & Security IT Systems Expertise: Strong knowledge of law enforcement and security IT systems, infrastructure, and related technologies supporting Defense and Intelligence Community missions
- Program & Technical Leadership: Demonstrated ability to provide expert technical and managerial leadership for problem definition, requirements development, and implementation of complex security IT and infrastructure projects
- Program Oversight & Management: Experience supporting oversight and management of complex Defense law enforcement and security infrastructure programs and activities
- Policy & Strategy Development: Experience supporting the development, review, and revision of technical strategies, policies, directives, and issuances for senior leadership decision support
- Read-Ahead & Briefing Preparation: Ability to gather, synthesize, and prepare background materials, read-aheads, and briefing products on intelligence and security infrastructure issues
- Meeting & Working Group Facilitation: Experience coordinating, convening, and facilitating meetings and working groups, including preparing agendas, read-ahead materials, attendee rosters, and meeting minutes
- Analytical Production & Reporting: Experience supporting analyses, assessments, reporting, and briefings that enable data-informed oversight and decision support for senior officials and Congressional staff
- Interagency Coordination: Proven ability to integrate efforts across the DoW, Intelligence Community, and Defense Intelligence and Security Enterprise (DISE) in support of national defense priorities
- Technical Subject Matter Expertise: Ability to provide advanced technical knowledge and implementation guidance on complex LE and Security IT problems requiring high-level subject matter expertise
- Records & File Management: Experience managing electronic files across multiple classified systems (NIPR, SIPR, JWICS) in compliance with NARA records retention and management regulations
- Staff Package Development: Experience developing staff packages and coordinating efforts across DoW and IC stakeholders to support strategic priorities
This is a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of law enforcement, security infrastructure, and national defense policy — directly supporting the decisions and priorities that shape the Department's mission.
