Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Java Spring Boot Developer to design, develop, and maintain secure, scalable enterprise applications supporting mission-critical government programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Java-based backend development, microservices architecture, and modern cloud-native application development within secure environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and support RESTful APIs and microservices.
Develop scalable, secure, and high-performance backend solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and deliver software solutions.
Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
Ensure software complies with security and quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Skills
Active TS/SCI Clearance.
8-12 years of experience in Java application development.
Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
Strong knowledge of Hibernate/JPA, SQL, and relational databases.
Experience with Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Desired Skills
Experience with Spring Security and OAuth2/JWT authentication.
Knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging technologies.
Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
Experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community programs.
