Job Description
We are seeking an experienced AI Application Developer to design, develop, and deploy secure AI-powered applications for mission-critical government programs. The ideal candidate has expertise building enterprise applications using Anthropic Claude models, modern LLM frameworks, and cloud-native technologies. Candidates with Anthropic certification are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications using Anthropic Claude models and APIs.
Build scalable LLM-based solutions, AI agents, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise software and existing systems.
Develop and optimize prompts, workflows, and AI application performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, production-ready AI solutions.
Ensure compliance with security and software development best practices.
Required Skills
Active TS/SCI Clearance.
10-12 years of software application development experience.
Hands-on experience developing AI applications using Anthropic Claude APIs or comparable enterprise LLM platforms.
Strong proficiency in Python.
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, vector databases, and REST APIs.
Experience with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Desired Skills
Anthropic Certified Developer/Architect or equivalent Anthropic certification.
Experience building AI agents and multi-agent systems.
Experience with Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and MLOps.
Knowledge of secure software development within DoD or Intelligence Community environments.
Familiarity with AWS Bedrock or other enterprise AI platforms.
