Overview
BigBear.ai is seeking a All Source Analyst to conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. This position will be based out of Washington, D.C. or the greater National Capital Region (NCR). This is an opportunity to get in on the "ground level" of a new and exciting program with a critical Department of War (DoW) customer.

This position will be based out of Washington, D.C. or the greater National Capital Region (NCR). What you will do
- Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
- Research, evaluate, and integrate intelligence and information from multiple sources and disciplines to produce timely and accurate analytic assessments.
- Identify and assess emerging regional or functional trends, threats, and developments relevant to customer priorities.
- Prepare clear, well-organized written products and, as needed, deliver oral briefings to support customer decision-making.
- Apply structured analytic techniques and sound tradecraft to ensure objectivity and source validation in all analytic products.
- Coordinate with collectors, other analysts, and cross-functional team members to refine analytic requirements and improve intelligence products.
- Support the development of new analytic processes as the program matures.
What you need to have
- Must possess a TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited education institution
- Minimum of 3 years of experience conducting intelligence analysis (an additional 4 years of experience may be substituted for the above education requirements
What we'd like you to have
- Current CI poly
- Bachelor's degree in an intelligence or STEM discipline
- At least 8 years of experience conducting all source analysis
- Experience creating products for Object Based Intelligence purposes
- Experience within the DoW and/or US Intelligence Community
