Monitor schedule performance, identify variances from the approved baseline, perform schedule health assessments, and recommend corrective actions to maintain program objectives.
Conduct critical path, schedule risk, resource utilization, and what-if analyses to support program planning, execution, and decision-making.
Analyze schedule performance data to identify opportunities for process improvement, schedule optimization, resource balancing, and risk reduction.
Collaborate with program managers, project managers, technical leads, finance, contracts, and government stakeholders to develop realistic schedules, milestones, dependencies, and execution strategies.
Support program planning activities including baseline development, schedule updates, change management, integrated baseline reviews (IBRs), and contract modifications as required.
Develop executive dashboards, schedule metrics, visualizations, and performance reports that communicate program status, schedule health, milestone achievement, and forecasted impacts.
Support risk and opportunity management activities by identifying schedule risks, evaluating mitigation strategies, and assessing potential impacts to cost, schedule, and technical performance.
Provide scheduling expertise and recommendations to program leadership regarding resource allocation, task prioritization, execution strategies, and program performance.
Ensure scheduling processes comply with customer requirements, contractual obligations, organizational standards, and applicable industry best practices.
Support customer meetings, program management reviews (PMRs), Integrated Product Team (IPT) meetings, technical interchange meetings, and executive briefings.
