REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Secret security clearance
• Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time
• 10+ years of progressive experience managing complex telecommunications, infrastructure, or enterprise IT deployment programs.
• Strong written, oral, and presentation skills as you will serving as the liaison between the government client, Prime, and suppliers
• Experience reporting on project financials as well as managing scheduling
• Experience overseeing a large-scale project, preferably related to installation and maintenance
• • Strong knowledge of: VoIP / SIP Telephony, Auto CAD
JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is looking for a cleared Project/Program Manager to lead the deployment, modernization, and lifecycle sustainment of mission-critical communications and infrastructure systems supporting a large Federal Government nationwide operational footprint of 35+ facilities. The selected candidate will serve as the primary technical and programmatic leader responsible for end-to-end planning, vendor coordination, federal customer engagement, installation oversight, lifecycle maintenance, financial accountability, and operational continuity across all deployed systems. This position requires a blend of program management discipline, enterprise technical acumen, federal customer relationship management, and nationwide field execution leadership. Additional responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Coordinate all logistics related to site preparation for hardware replacement at each office
• Responsible for reporting on all project financials as well as managing scheduling, reporting between Prime, US Government, and vendors/suppliers.
• Oversee IP Based Paging System Installation – includes install of all equipment, accessories, and materials in accordance with Scope of Work specifications to provide a complete and operating Communications System
• Oversee comprehensive maintenance and repair service for agencies nationwide – to include scheduling annual maintenance visits with the Government customer and technicians; monitoring trouble reporting and resolution, scheduling system upgrades; ordering spare hardware; etc.
• On-site escort team of technicians/engineers into US Government buildings for installation and maintenance.
• Maintain working schedule of new installation, maintenance for each US Government site.
• Document & catalog hardware and all components installed at each site – including software releases.
• Report time & activities related to the project to Prime for proper reporting to US Government.
Compensation: $65-80/HR. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
