The Opportunity:

CACI is currently seeking a Computer Hardware Engineer I to research, design, develop, or test computer or computer-related equipment for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific use. May supervise the manufacturing and installation of computer or computer-related equipment and components.

Responsibilities:

• Researching new technologies and methods for computer hardware.
• Designing computer or computer-related equipment.
• Developing prototypes or models of computer hardware.
• Testing computer hardware to ensure it meets specifications and functions correctly.
• Supervising the manufacturing process of computer hardware.
• Overseeing the installation of computer hardware and components.
• Ensuring that the hardware is suitable for commercial, industrial, military, or scientific use.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Associate of Arts (AA) degree or 2-year technical school.
• 10 years of relevant experience
• 15 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
• Active TS/SCI clearance

Pay Range:

This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location.

Since the position can be worked in more than one location, the rate shown is the Minimum Wage for Federal Contractors. The actual rate will be based on contract, location and job classification.

Minimum Required Hourly Wage:
$20.35
