Job Purpose:
- The Quality Assurance Specialist at Knight Federal Solutions Inc is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products and services. This role requires a meticulous approach to quality control, utilizing a comprehensive understanding of industry standards and practices. The specialist will play a critical role in maintaining our commitment to excellence and client satisfaction by applying their expertise and experience in quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Conduct thorough inspections and audits of products and services to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of quality control processes and findings, ensuring transparency and traceability.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on quality assurance best practices and standards.
- Utilize advanced analytical skills to assess quality data and generate reports to inform decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with TS/SCI clearance requirements and successfully pass CI Polygraph examinations as necessary.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in quality assurance methodologies and technologies to continuously enhance the quality management system.
Qualifications
Required Education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
- Proven track record in implementing and managing quality assurance processes and systems.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to pass a CI Poly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Proficient in quality assurance methodologies and tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
