LOCATION: Full-time, onsite in Chantilly, VA
We’re looking for a Systems Architect with strong, hands‑on experience designing and building modern software systems. This role is ideal for someone with 10+ years of software development, deep Linux engineering experience, and a solid background creating cloud‑based solutions. Key Responsibilities
In this challenging yet rewarding role as a Systems Architect, you are an integral part of what brings our Company's mission to life. You must have the following required skills, certifications and demonstrated experience in and/or with:
Working as a team’s software architect, lead software developer, lead DevOps engineer, or similar technical leadership role.
10+ years’ experience with software development.
5+ years’ experience with Linux software development.
5+ years’ experience designing software for cloud-based systems.
3+ years’ experience with Amazon Web Services.
2+ years’ experience developing DevOps solutions.
Highly Desired Qualifications
Other skills and demonstrated experiences that are highly desired but not mandatory to perform the work, include:
Experience leading software development teams to success through regular Agile sprint deliveries.
Expert level experience with Node.js.
Expert level experience with Angular (including Angular Signals).
Delivering AI-assistive features to users.
Making substantial UI/UX recommendations or decisions.
Using Elasticsearch, MongoDB, and/or Redis.
Maintaining currency in emerging technologies.
