SALARY REQUIREMENTS

The compensation for this role will be competitive and is aligned with industry standards, taking into consideration factors such as experience, education, and geographic location. The base salary range for this position is $120 ,700 to $151,200 (USD), exclusive of any discretionary bonuses and benefits.
JOB DESCRIPTION
MissionEdge Technologies is seeking a Journeyman Software Developer to help build innovative, mission-driven software solutions that make an impact. In this role, you will design, develop, test, and deploy software using C/C++, Python, Windows, and Linux while collaborating with customers and technical teams to create cutting-edge Cyber Network Operations (CNO) capabilities. Working Conditions:
Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Additional details on the precise hours will be informed to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager.
Employees are required to notify management in advance of any plans to relocate out of state to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
Physical Requirements:
May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
Background Screening/Check/Investigation:
Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.

Essential Job Functions:
- Design and code software components, units, and modules to meet product specifications and development schedules for clients/customers.
- Demonstrate knowledge of one or more platforms and operating systems and of programming languages such as Windows, Linux, C/C++ and Python.
- Test and debug software components and units.
- Adhere to product build and release schedules and strategies.
- Document and present findings.
- Develop software prototype demonstrations.
- Do independent research into software and device vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with headquarters and local customers to develop and integrate cutting-edge CNO tools.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a related discipline and 3+ years of experience. A Master's degree may substitute for 3 years of experience.
- Active TS/SCI clearance w/Poly
- C/C++ and Python experience
- Assembly experience (any platform/processor)
Desired/Preferred Skills:
- Experience supporting USCYBERCOM, NSA, DoD cyber operations, or related mission environments.
- Experience doing Software Development, Reverse Engineering, and Vulnerability Analysis.
- Experience on at least two of the following platforms: Linux, Windows, Mobile.
