Imagery Scientist - SAR Senior and Expert Education and Experience
Required:
- 4+ years of experience as a SAR expert with understanding of collection, phenomenology, image formation process, and exploitation products
- Experience using SARPy and Matlab SAR toolbox
- Experience in RNIIRS, information theoretic-based image quality metrics, SAR imagery quality metrics and sensor metadata (e.g., graze, squint, azimuth)
- Experience exploiting SAR to determine the occurrence and location of an OOI
- Experience developing, testing, and evaluating new algorithms, processes, methodologies, and products using SAR imagery with tools like Python, MATLAB, and Google Earth Engine
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences on availability and capabilities of SAR
- Deep understanding of the principles of remote sensing and imagery processing and advanced exploitation methods

Required:
- 4+ years of experience as an EO expert with understanding of collection, phenomenology, image formation
- process, and exploitation products
- Experience exploiting EO to determine the occurrence and location of an OOI
- Experience developing, testing, and evaluating new algorithms, processes, methodologies, and products using EO imagery including experience utilizing advanced processing tools (e.g., Python, MATLAB, Google Earth Engine, etc.) to automate scientific processes of EO imagery data to aid analysis.
- Experience communicating with technical and non-technical audiences on availability and capabilities of EO
- Deep understanding of the principles of remote sensing and imagery processing and advanced exploitation methods
Desired:
- Exhibit experience applying CV and ML techniques to EO imagery and data
Security Clearance:
- Current TS/SCI and the willingness to sit for a polygraph, if needed
