IC-CAP is currently seeking cleared professionals for an upcoming proposal effort supporting advanced imagery and remote sensing initiatives. Please note this opportunity is tied to a proposal that has not yet been awarded, and candidate resumes would be used for proposal submission and consideration purposes at this time. We are seeking qualified candidates for the following positions: • Imagery Scientist – SAR Expert • Imagery Scientist – SAR Senior • Imagery Scientist – SAR Mid-Level • Imagery Scientist – EO Expert • Imagery Scientist – EO Senior • Imagery Scientist – EO Mid-Level Position Overview: Selected candidates will support Level 3 Accreditation efforts by identifying, acquiring, and preparing operational imagery datasets for AI algorithm validation and testing. Candidates will serve as subject matter experts in their respective imagery modalities and help develop solutions informed by sensor/platform phenomenology, image quality standards, and exploitation methodologies. Key Qualifications Include: • Experience with SAR and/or EO imagery exploitation • Understanding of remote sensing principles, image formation, and phenomenology • Experience with imagery analytical products and multi-INT analysis • Familiarity with tools such as Python, MATLAB, Google Earth Engine, SARPy, and related technologies • Experience supporting algorithm development, testing, and evaluation • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences • Machine learning / computer vision experience preferred for several roles Clearance Requirement: • Active TS/SCI required • Willingness to sit for a polygraph if needed If you are interested in being considered for this upcoming effort, please apply via the link below with your updated resume.
