MID-LEVEL DATA SCIENTIST | SPRINGFIELD, VA IC-CAP is seeking a Mid-Level Data Scientist to support NSG strategies through automated collection models, dynamic analytic models, workflow automation, and data-driven intelligence solutions. Location: Springfield, VA Salary: $138K–$160K Clearance: Active TS/SCI and willingness to sit for a CI polygraph, if needed Work Schedule: On-site, 40 hours/week; no telework Responsibilities: • Develop, test, and maintain automated collection and analytic models, workflow automations, and predictive capabilities. • Apply data science, visual programming, data processing, mining, and visualization to intelligence analysis. • Design and integrate Bayesian Belief Network (BBN) processes supporting predictive, activity-based automated collection. • Engineer solutions for IC intelligence integration, tipping and cueing, information sharing, and visualization. • Conduct gap analysis, customer elicitation, and research on emerging technologies. • Collaborate with Government and stakeholders, communicate data-driven findings, and support evolving mission requirements. • Work independently, lead smaller teams, and assist junior personnel in developing tradecraft skills. Required Qualifications: • BS in a Data Science-related field preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of combined experience. • Knowledge of GEOINT collection and associated systems. • Proficiency with Python and SQL. • Ability to work on-site in Springfield, VA, 40 hours per week.
