TTG-307 - Software Engineer - $337,250 Total Compensation

TTG Solutions is seeking experienced Full Stack Software Developers to support our technology-based program, delivering Enterprise Computing engineering services. This role involves working with both on-premise and remote Cloud services to create effective technology solutions. The position involves developing new automation capabilities using infrastructure as code best practices and establishing a continuous integration/continuous delivery pipeline. Responsibilities will include troubleshooting and solving program issues, recognizing problems, defining required data, making assumptions, evaluating alternative solutions, making recommendations, and reflecting on lessons learned. Developers will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver technical solutions, and maintain cloud-based solutions. Regular documentation and interfacing with senior leadership for status updates are also key tasks.Subject Matter Expert Normally requires at least sixteen (16) years of experience specific to the skill or occupation. For specific computer languages, systems or technologies, expertise with the subject matter or technology outweighs the number of years of experience.

Requirements: 16 yrs+

• Minimum of 16 years of professional software development experience and a Bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in Java and C#
• Experience with modern frameworks and technologies such as React, Node.js, TypeScript, and .NET
• Hands-on experience developing solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or Oracle)
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and related tools (e.g., Jira, GitHub, Jenkins), including pipeline development, release management, and orchestration
• Proficiency with scripting languages, preferably Python or PowerShell
• Experience developing in both Windows and Linux environments
• Ability to work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions
• Experience architecting, implementing, and maintaining solutions within cloud environments (e.g., AWS or Azure)
• Strong documentation skills, including developing concepts of operations and standards of practice for tiered maintenance support
• Ability to interface with senior leadership and provide regular status updates

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph. Total compensation is the total combination of salary, benefits, retirement, bonuses, etc... and it is calculated using the following formula:

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits Budget + Retirement + Bonus + Training Budget + Phone Stipend
