Summary

TTG Solutions is seeking an experienced System Integrator to join our dynamic team in supporting a high-profile government program. This role involves delivering engineering services across network infrastructures and sophisticated enterprise computing environments, including end-point devices, data center servers, multi-Cloud services, virtual applications, and storage systems.

Description

The System Integrator will produce clear communications for various audiences, support integration activities, and provide technical assistance for cloud account provisioning with CSPs like AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. Responsibilities include analyzing user requirements, offering Tier 1 customer support, coordinating meetings, and developing SOPs. Additionally, the integrator will communicate vital information to customer and project teams, ensuring customer needs are met effectively.

Experience Level

Full Performance Requires a minimum of three (3) years of experience specific to the skill.

Requirements: 3 yrs - 5 yrs 11 mos

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant IT experience
• General IT experience
• Knowledge of Cloud services and terminology
• Detail-oriented
• Excellent grammar and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Competency with software tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HIVE, and JIRA
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Optional Skills

• Knowledge of Agency governance and compliance practices related to Cloud Service Providers
• Cloud certification (AWS, Azure, OCI, Google)
• Experience in the customer space
• Experience creating/tracking tickets in Jira
• Experience using ServiceNow
• Interest in current and emerging technologies

Clearance

This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

Benefits

Benefit	Details
Base Salary	$122,000 - $147,000
PTO	30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays.
Retirement	15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years.
Paid Benefits	Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you.
Annual Bonuses	3% to 5% annual bonuses.
Cell Phone Stipend	$100 monthly phone expense reimbursement.
Training Budget	3 paid training days + $2,500 training budget
New Hire Bonus	$5,000 new hire bonus

Total Compensation

Total compensation is the total combination of salary, benefits, retirement, bonuses, etc... and it is calculated using the following formula:

Total Compensation = Base Salary + Benefits Budget + Retirement + Bonus + Training Budget + Phone Stipend

Benefits Budget	$29,400	20% company paid Individual Benefits Account (12% for 30-days PTO, 8% for Insurances). If your insurance or PTO expenses are less than this, we bonus the difference to you.
Annual Bonus	$7,350	Annual bonus, 3% to 5% on average.
Training Budget	$2,500	Annual training budget.
Training Hours	$1,700	3 paid days for training.
Phone Stipend	$1,200	$100 monthly cell phone stipend.
