Summary
TTG Solutions is seeking a skilled software developer to support our team in creating component-based services that integrate with multiple applications and frameworks. This role includes providing development support for service and application development to enhance mission-based solutions and other software projects.Description
The primary responsibilities include creating and supporting component-based services for application integration. You will work on service and application development to enhance mission-based solutions. Additionally, you will support various program office software projects, providing analytical skills and innovative solutions to meet customer requirements. Day-to-day tasks involve debugging and testing web applications, employing Natural Language Processing techniques, and working with REST services and SQL databases.Required Skills
- Demonstrated experience developing Python applications with data science libraries
- Demonstrated experience with ML frameworks like scikit-learn, SpaCy, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras
- Demonstrated experience with Natural Language Processing techniques
- Demonstrated experience with AWS Services and Cloud-based development
- Demonstrated experience working with REST services
- Demonstrated experience working with SQL, including Postgres
- Demonstrated experience with search syntax to include ICQL and Retrieval Ware
- Exhibiting analytical skills to assess customer requirements and create innovative solutions
- Problem-solving skills for debugging and testing web applications

| Base Salary | $200,000 - $241,000 |
| PTO | 30 days annual PTO, which includes holidays. |
| Retirement | 15% company retirement contribution. No match required. Vesting period is 50% per year over 2 years. |
| Paid Benefits | Company pays all insurance expenses up to 8% of base pay. If your insurance expenses are less that that, we bonus the difference to you. |
| Annual Bonuses | 3% to 5% annual bonuses. |
| Cell Phone Stipend | $100 monthly phone expense reimbursement. |
| Training Budget | 3 paid training days + $2,500 training budget |
| New Hire Bonus | $5,000 new hire bonus |
