Job Description
Insight Global is actively hiring a TS/SCI Cleared Data Scientist to join our team supporting a newly awarded DoW Program at Fort Meade MD.
In this role, you will join a team of mission-focused analysts and reporters responsible for providing analysis, dashboard development, and data science to help leadership make informed, data driven decisions across multiple combatant commands. In this role, you will apply dashboard development, machine learning and advanced analytics, and strong analysis skills, to sparse large datasets to support predictive intelligence and deliver operational impact.
You will leverage techniques such as Tableau, PowerBI, deep learning, graph analytics, and anomaly detection to create decision advantage for analysts, operators, and mission leaders—contributing to intelligence capabilities for the next decade of national security.
Minimum Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, AI/ML, Data Science, Operations Research, or related technical field with 10 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, Python and C/C++ (or similar languages).
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Python libraries.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and communicate effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop machine learning models to extract insights from large, complex intelligence datasets.
Translate analytic questions into technical requirements and data-driven solutions.
Characterize and assess datasets in varying states of structure and quality.
Provide informed recommendations on technical approaches based on evolving intelligence capabilities and constraints.
Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and support automated analytics workflow development.
Insight Global is hiring multiple candidates for this role so candidate pay will vary based on experience, depth of knowledge, clearance level among many other factors. However, we anticipate paying 150K - 185K for this resources as well as providing comprehensive Health, Vision, Dental and 401K Benefits.
