The Opportunity:
As a CACI-SOFETOPS Cyber Operations Integrator (COI), you will provide expertise and integration of cyber operations capabilities and effects to support ARSOF Sensitive Activities Mission Management Cells (SAMMC). You will conduct cyber intelligence analysis, target development, and vulnerability assessments supporting offensive and defensive cyber operations (OCO/DCO). The COI will integrate cyber capabilities into the Military Decision-Making Process (MDMP), including mission analysis, course of action development, cyber targeting, and operational planning products (CONOPs, EXORDs, FRAGOs) and apply joint and service cyber operations doctrine (JP 3-12, FM 3-12, CJCSM 3130 series) to operational planning. The COI Advises on cyber rules of engagement (ROE), requests for forces (RFF), and authorities required for cyber operations supporting ARSOF missions. This position plays a critical role in cyber terrain analysis and assessments of adversary cyber capabilities, tactics, and vulnerabilities to identify opportunities for exploitation and threats requiring defensive measures. You will enable the development of training and employment procedures for cyber domain capabilities that enhance ARSOF operational effectiveness. The COI will coordinate with U.S. Cyber Command, Joint Cyber Enterprise elements, Cyber Mission Forces (CMF), service cyber components, national agencies, and mission partners to synchronize cyber operations. You will integrate compartmented cyber capabilities and Special Access Programs into training and operations and advise on network operations, communications security (COMSEC), operations security (OPSEC), and defensive cyber measures to protect ARSOF networks and operations from adversary cyber threats. Integrates cyber effects with other warfighting functions to achieve commander's objectives through multi-domain operations and cross-domain synergy.

Responsibilities:
- Serves as Cyber Operations Integrator and as a technical advisor.
- Provide expertise in identifying, developing, and prioritizing cyberspace operations requirements, processes, procedures, and governing directives.
- Review Joint Cyber capabilities and assist CSU in incorporating into train, man, equip, validation, and employment cycles.
- Draft, format, review, and quality check Cyber Domain related training plans, CONEMPs, MICONs and CONOPs.
- Ensure CSU initiatives are coordinated, deconflicted and nested within Intelligence Community, USCYBERCOM, Combatant Commands and Theater Component requirements, specified policies and guidance.
- Identify and participate in Cyber capability and initiatives related to the Communities of Interest across the federal enterprise.
- Use intelligence tools for analytical support to identify and incorporate space focused opportunities for CSU.
- Monitor and track requirements documentation actions.
- Implement efficient data management processes, ensuring data quality and integrity, and facilitating seamless retrieval and analysis of information.
- Solicit, analyze, document, and facilitate prioritization and validation of analyst needs.
- Provides consistent real-time updates of collection and planned collection requirements through existing databases.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance, willing to submit to a Poly
- A bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience or 10+ years of specialized experience in military or IC compartmented activities (IJSTO, SAP, ACCM, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience in technical Cyber capabilities.
- Familiarity with Cyber Subordinate Headquarters, Cyber Mission Teams (CMT), National Mission Teams (NMT), Combat Support Teams (CST), National Support Teams (NST), and Cyber Protection Teams (CPT).
- Be able to advise on and assist with establishing a bridging infrastructure between CYBER and SOCOM entities, merging CYBER systems capabilities and the integration of new systems with existing technologies.
- Demonstrated expertise in Joint, Interagency, and Army Component staffing pathways
- Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge and collection management systems.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail.
Desired:
- Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF organizations.
- Graduate of the Cyber Officer Basic Leader Course or Joint Service Equivalent; Graduate of the Cyber Captains Career Course desired.
- Graduate of a Joint Service STO Planners Course
- Previous assignment or position within a Cyber Mission Force (CMF) or JFHQ-CY
- Must work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
- Experience conducting intelligence analysis and/or planning supporting Theater Special Operations Commands.
- Experience in a deployed environment supporting Space focused operations.
