ASRC Federal NetCentric Technology, LLC is seeking a Unit Training Manager to join our team for the Kirtland Engineering and Operations Support (KEOS) contract at Kirtland Air Force Base (KAFB) in Albuquerque, New Mexico. KEOS is a base maintenance contract (BMC), also known as a base operations support (BOS) contract.

Job Summary
Operating within the Emergency Management Services department, this role manages unit training, force readiness, and deployment tracking to ensure full contract and military compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Training Management - Execute UTM duties per AFI 36-2651, AFI 10-403, AFGSC supplements, and the Installation Deployment Plan.
- Data & Reporting - Compile training data to deliver monthly and quarterly status reports to the Base Civil Engineer (BCE).
- Readiness Administration - Perform Prime BEEF Manager (AFI 10-210) and Force Readiness Unit Administrator (AFI 10-201) duties.
- System Assessments - Prepare monthly DRRS Resource and Capability Readiness Assessments.
- Deployment Collaboration - Coordinate with the Unit Deployment Manager to prepare and brief ART reports for the BCE.
- Coordinate formal technical training course requirements for the division.
- Provide technical guidance and recommendations to senior leadership regarding unit training status.
- Manage deployment reporting to include Unit Type Code posturing, Air Expeditionary Force Reporting Tool (ART), AF-IT, & DRRS, and individual status updates.
- Work with customers and company employees in a courteous, professional, and effective manner.
- May be required to work other than normal duty hours to include evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
- Occasional travel may be required.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum of five years' experience in relevant training and/or military deployment activities to include administrative, clerical, and/or database management.
- Complete USAF-mandated and local UTM training within six months of hire date.
- Possess and maintain valid state-issued driver's license.
- Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Must be available to respond 24/7 to all contingencies, exercise and real-world.
- Must be capable of independently completing daily tasks and assignments.
- Possess excellent analytical and verbal and written communication skills.
- Must meet citizenship requirements and currently possess or be able to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.
- Be able to pass a drug screen.
- Be committed to providing for and maintaining a safe working environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years as a Unit Deployment Manager with the Department of War.
-OR-
- Minimum of four years as a Unit Training Manager with the Department of War.
- Experience working in a military environment.
