Please note: As a federal contractor, all of our roles whether part time or full time require U.S. Citizenship. While this role does not require a clearance, TS/SCI clearance is strongly preferred. This is a temporary position running from July 2026 through September 2026. Assignment duration may be extended based on project requirements.

More about your role:


NASK is seeking an outgoing individual to provide administrative support at our new Beavercreek facility. This is a part time, temporary, in-office position no more than 20 hours per week. This role will require excellent written and oral communication skills. Candidates will be expected to have a set schedule Monday through Friday 8:30AM-12:30 PM. Ideal candidates will have experience in the Defense Contracting space.

Required Qualifications:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience with Outlook and Microsoft Suite

  • Adept at prioritizing, scheduling and multitasking

  • Excellent interpersonal skills



Preferred Qualifications:


  • Prior office administration experience

  • Prior experience in, or knowledge of the Defense Contracting space

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance



Core responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:


  • Answer a multi-line phone and directs callers to appropriate person/department. Taking accurate messages when personnel are unavailable.

  • Support day-to-day office functions

  • Greet visitors; maintain visitor log, issue badges, and contact appropriate staff POC or Security.

  • Check visually for employee identification badges for all personnel entering a facility.

  • Issue appropriate badges to employees, visitors, customers and contractors

  • Escort visitors and maintenance/service personnel 

  • Coordinate conference room calendars and make conference room reservations.

  • Interact with property manager and building maintenance to ensure all base building operations are working efficiently.

  • Manage the appearance of the office spaces by enforcing tidiness protocols, monitoring supply levels at the desk, and promptly reporting any maintenance or deep-cleaning needs to the facilities team.

  • Conduct routine facility inspections of workstations, conference room furniture and common spaces to ensure cleanliness, proper layouts and adequate office supply levels.

  • Restock snack/drink and pantry supplies; track consumable inventory and initiate purchase requests.

  • Receive and sort incoming mail; sign for and track all incoming packages.

Compensation:


The salary range is $14-18 per hour, however, NASK Incorporated considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the role and responsibilities, work experience, education, training, certifications, geographic location, and market data.
