What You Will Do

• Serve as a liaison between the Industrial Security Associate Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Prepare clearance reports, and briefings for internal and external audiences on behalf of the Industrial Security Associate Director.
• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Facilitate and coordinate leadership meetings, including agenda planning and follow-up on action items.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless flow of information and resolution of any security-related concerns.
• Oversee NP, CMA, and BOND-applicable/high-priority projects and initiatives assigned by the Industrial Security Associate Director; identify risks and challenges, provide solutions to mitigate issues and ensure project success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and Center of Excellence (CoE) teams to ensure timely delivery of CGO & project milestones.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance within the security organization.
• Work with the industrial team across NP and CGO efforts to establish a cohesive strategy and alignment with organizational objectives.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
