Job Description

Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.

Summary:
• Analyze user requirements and develop system specifications.
• Lead design, development, and integration activities.
• Provide technical leadership for system architecture, documentation, and implementation planning.
• Manage system requirements, assist DevOps teams, and support Agile/Scrum sprint activities, including test plan development and configuration control.

• Total Compensation: $160k+ yearly

Job Description:
• Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead system design and development activities.
• Guide users in formulating requirements, advise alternative approaches, and conduct feasibility studies.
• Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Incorporate new plans, designs, and systems into ongoing operations.
• Develop technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documentation.
• Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
• Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems that are compatible with defined system architectures (DoDAF, SOA).
• Assist with the development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation of the same to individual hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.
• Coordinate the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews that require cross-discipline coordination.
• Key skills include Requirements Analysis, DevOps, Software Testing, Dataflow, Systems Engineering, Software Architecture, Software Development, Technical Team Leadership, Integration and Test (I&T), Communications/Technical Writing, Hardware Engineering, Software Configuration Management, and Agile/Scrum.
