Summary:
• Analyze user requirements, develop system requirements specifications, and lead design and development activities.
• Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
• Develop technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documentation.
• Guide system development and implementation planning, including system integration and test plans.
• Manage system and derived requirements, ensuring compatibility with defined system architectures.
• Coordinate configuration control board action items.
• Develop derived requirements for information assurance services and security mechanism technology, including cryptography and key management.
• Contribute to program management activities.
• Support video, image, speech, and text analytic capabilities, with knowledge of AI/ML technologies.
• Utilize Jira and Confluence for collaboration.

• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 14+ years
• Total Compensation: $271k+ yearly (tentative)
Job Description:
• Analyze user requirements, concept of operations documents, and high-level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
• Lead design and development activities, guiding users in formulating requirements and advising on alternative approaches.
• Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology, incorporating new plans and systems into ongoing operations.
• Develop technical documentation, system architecture, and system design documentation.
• Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
• Manage system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems compatible with defined system architectures (DoDAF, SOA).
• Assist with the development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation to individual hardware, software, facility, and personnel components.
• Coordinate the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews.
• Participate in Integrated Product Teams to design new capabilities based upon evaluation of development and operational considerations.
• Define the methods, processes, and evaluation criteria by which systems, subsystems, and work products are verified against their requirements.
• Develop system design solutions that satisfy system requirements and fulfill functional analysis.
• Develop derived requirements for Information Assurance Services (Confidentiality, Integrity, Non-repudiation, Availability) and Security Mechanism Technology (Passwords, cryptography, access control, key management).
• Review and provide input to program and contract work breakdown structure (WBS), work packages, and the integrated master plan (IMP).
• Apply expertise in Cryptography, Human Language Processing, Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence, and Video Codecs.
• Utilize Confluence and JIRA for collaboration and project management.
