Candidates must already possess an active Top Secret/SCI w/ Full Scope Polygraph to be considered.
Summary:
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and manuals.
• Conduct requirements analysis and support new architecture conceptualization.
• Sustain operational systems and provide support to development and operations teams.
Qualifications & Compensation:
• Degree: Technical bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Years of experience: 14+ years
• Total Compensation: $280k+ yearly
Job Description:
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and manuals for software and systems.
• Conduct requirements analysis and support new architecture conceptualization of solutions.
• Monitor and sustain operational systems, responding to system problems and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Provide hands-on and mission-specific expertise for tools, including training and direct user support.
• Manage user communications, documentation, and requirements vetting processes.
• Support development and operations teams for various tools and systems.
• Provide Support Desk services to current operational systems and assist with transition and decommission activities of legacy capabilities.
• Apply strong Communications/Technical Writing skills to create clear and concise documentation.
• Utilize expertise in Requirements Analysis, Software Architecture, and Systems Engineering principles.
