Job Description

Tuvli is in need of Mobile Telecomm Analyst to assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Department of State (DOS) Bureau of Overseas Building Operations. As the Mobile Telecomm Analyst, the incumbent will act as the Mobile Device Program customer liaison in support of distribution, configuration management, patching, and troubleshooting program-deployed devices.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for the Bureau's mobile devices, including cell phones, laptops, and tablets, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting issues related to mobile devices, apps, network connectivity, and system performance. Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems efficiently.
  • Design, configure, and deploy mobile devices, ensuring proper integration with networks and systems.
  • Customize device settings and applications to align with business needs and security standards.
  • Support asset and inventory management of all of the Bureau's mobile devices (cell phones, laptops, tablets).
  • Provide support for the Department's Global OpenNet Manager platform.
  • Conduct annual analysis of the use of the bureau's cell phone usage and data plans.

Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. citizen and have an active Secret security clearance.a
  • 5+ years of related work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or equivalent years of experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office software products.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent customer interfacing and service skills to support effective interaction with staff, management, customers, and others.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize many complex tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to research, interpret and implement bureau policies and procedures.
