Job Description

Cloud Lake is seeking an Installation Specialist I to support the U.S. Army's Operational Test Command (OTC) at Fort Hood, TX. This role supports IT operations and requires strong customer service, technical skills and a dedicated work ethic. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today!

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoots system software.
  • Configures profiles and facilitates device set-up.
  • Initiates device operating system updates.
  • Performs audit logs for unauthorized access and/or configuration changes.
  • Performs work under general supervision.
  • Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.

Qualifications

  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Active DoD 8570 baseline IAT Level I certification (such as A+, Network+, CCNA- Security, SSCP, CND).
  • Relevant education/IT experience requirements:
    • High School Diploma or GED: 1 year of experience
    • Associate's degree: Experience not required
  • Experience in deploying IT hardware such as desktop computers, laptops, tablets, monitors and printers.
  • Experience configuring IT hardware to resolve problems and installing/configuring operating system images and specialty software on customer devices.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
  • Ability to adhere to government policies and requirements.
