Responsibilities
- Troubleshoots system software.
- Configures profiles and facilitates device set-up.
- Initiates device operating system updates.
- Performs audit logs for unauthorized access and/or configuration changes.
- Performs work under general supervision.
- Handles basic issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Active DoD 8570 baseline IAT Level I certification (such as A+, Network+, CCNA- Security, SSCP, CND).
- Relevant education/IT experience requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED: 1 year of experience
- Associate's degree: Experience not required
- Experience in deploying IT hardware such as desktop computers, laptops, tablets, monitors and printers.
- Experience configuring IT hardware to resolve problems and installing/configuring operating system images and specialty software on customer devices.
