Help Shape the Future of AI for National Security
At IntelliGenesis, we don't just teach AI - we develop it.
Through our IG Labs innovation division, we research, prototype, and operationalize emerging artificial intelligence capabilities for some of the nation's most challenging mission environments. From agentic AI and large language models to cyber defense, autonomous systems, and mission-focused AI applications, our teams are helping government organizations accelerate the adoption of trusted AI.
We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (AI SME) to serve as a bridge between cutting-edge AI innovation and workforce transformation. This individual will work closely with IG Labs researchers, AI engineers, mission experts, and instructional designers to ensure that emerging AI capabilities are translated into meaningful learning experiences, workforce development initiatives, and operationally relevant training programs.
This is an opportunity to influence not only how AI is developed, but how it is understood, adopted, and employed across the national security community.
What You'll Do
At IntelliGenesis, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside AI researchers, engineers, mission operators, and innovators who are actively developing next-generation AI capabilities through IG Labs, our dedicated research and innovation division.
You'll help bridge the gap between AI innovation and mission adoption by influencing how AI is developed, understood, and operationalized across the national security community.
Whether contributing to AI prototypes, exploring emerging technologies, supporting workforce transformation initiatives, or helping shape future AI certification programs, you'll play a direct role in preparing government organizations for an AI-enabled future.
Join us in building the technologies - and the workforce that will define the next generation of mission success!
Compensation Range: $200,000 - $230,000
