Job Description
Position Responsibilities
· Support the current line of products, helping maintain system security posture and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
· Provide direct communication and support to the critical stakeholders and system users.
· Assist in the research and evaluation of new technology and solutions to help drive the product line into the next generation.
· Perform product design using engineering best-practices.
· Participate in the development of technical documentation, user manuals, white papers, and presentations.
· Develop a strong working knowledge of DoD and commercial security regulations.
Minimum Security Clearance
· Secret clearance required
· Final TS preferred
Required Qualifications and Skills
· Desire to work in fast-paced environment and balance several tasks in parallel
· Self-driven personality and desire to take initiative
· Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated professionalism in one’s work
· Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
· Excellent technical writing abilities
· Experience with computer hardware/software integration
· Experience with Windows Server (Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Exchange, IIS)
· Experience in areas such as Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning
· Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
· Familiarity with network design and VPN technologies
· Familiarity with virtualization technologies
· Familiarity with Linux fundamentals
· Familiarity with scripting fundamentals (E.g., Bash, Python, PowerShell)
· Understanding of troubleshooting methodologies and OSI model application
· Understanding of Cybersecurity best practices
· Client/server deployment experience
· Team-oriented personality
Additional Desired Qualifications, Skills, Certifications
· Passion for education and desire to obtain new knowledge and/or certificates
· Experience administering and implementing cross-domain solutions
· Familiarity with Linux SE experience and Linux Security Module
· Familiarity with Splunk administration
· Experience with vulnerability scanning tools
· DoD related project background
Education and Training Required
BA/BS in Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant field
Compensation - $80,000-$110,000
