Job Description
Team Member - Sr. System Administrator / Engineer - Linux
Supporting high viability mission environment.
Work Location: Oracle SCIF located at NBP 306, or contractor facility in Columbia, Maryland. One day per week at Customer location at FANX 3.
Duty hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5 pm (flexible). Must be available for after hours call in and / or available to support 24x7 support if needed.
Required Skills
• Oracle Database and possibly some DBA experience
• JavaScript Object Notation (JSON)
Qualifications
• Contractor will be supporting an IC wide mission environment / service.
• Minimum of 10 years experience as a Linux System Admin / Eng.
• Required: Linux - (CentOS/RHEL) Linux admin certification desired
• Highly Desired: Extensive experience installing, configuring, maintaining & configuring JBoss
• Required: VMWare VM creation, configuration, and operation experience
• Required: Security + Certification
• Highly Desire: Experience with RH Ansible or Teraform
• Storage
• Networking
• Security Compliance
• Authentication
• Scripting: Shell, Python preferred
• Physical Server Administration
• Currently holds or recently held SYS3 PRIVAC level.
