Opportunity Overview

SHINE Systems is actively building a pipeline of qualified professionals to support a multi-disciplinary government contract encompassing technical and project management support services. Positions span the full program lifecycle — from planning and design through execution, quality assurance, and closeout — across a range of functional areas including program/project management, facilities, engineering, financial analysis, space planning, and IT support.

Multiple labor categories are anticipated, ranging from entry-level support roles to senior program managers and subject matter experts. We are seeking professionals who hold active TS/SCI clearances; certain positions will additionally require a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph and/or professional certifications.

Key Responsibilities (Pending role assigned)
  • Supporting project planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout across facilities and technical programs
  • Conducting technical assessments, facility condition evaluations, and engineering design reviews
  • Performing budget analysis, financial reporting, and audit support for government programs
  • Managing real property records, space planning, and facility lifecycle activities
  • Providing production control, knowledge management, and schedule coordination support
  • Administering ARCHIBUS or other facility management systems; supporting data integrity and reporting
  • Developing AutoCAD drawings, as-built documentation, and construction management support
  • Designing interior spaces and supporting furniture acquisition and installation programs
  • Supporting IT infrastructure, network operations, and technical project management
  • Preparing briefings, status reports, and decision-support products for senior government stakeholders

Required Qualifications
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance (required at time of hire)
  • CI Polygraph required for select positions; willingness to obtain if not currently held is a plus
  • Relevant professional certifications may be required for specific labor categories (e.g., PMP, PE/EIT, ARCHIBUS, CAPM)
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, architecture, business, IT, or related discipline); equivalent experience considered
  • Demonstrated experience in one or more of the functional areas described above
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to prepare and present products to government clients
  • Proficiency in relevant tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, ARCHIBUS, project scheduling software)

Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting federal government or intelligence community clients
  • PMP, PE, EIT, or other relevant professional certification
  • Experience with ARCHIBUS Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS)
  • Knowledge of federal real property regulations, facility standards, and space planning guidelines
  • Experience supporting overseas or contingency facility programs
  • Familiarity with federal budget and appropriations processes

This position is contingent upon the successful award of a contract. We are currently building a team of qualified candidates to be proposed for this upcoming project.

Compensation & Pay Scale

Determination: The final salary offered will be based on the awarded contract funding and the selected candidate’s experience, education, and geographic location.
