Job Description
| Join Navius as a Test Engineer supporting a software development team building integrated tools that modernize visualization and presentation capabilities for mission analysts. This full-time, on-site role in Annapolis Junction, MD requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph and offers the opportunity to lead product releases, enhance automation, and drive regression testing efforts across mission-focused systems. |
| KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |
| • Develop and execute test plans, test procedures, and documentation |
| • Lead regression testing, service and UI automation, and release processes |
| • Implement testing improvements across CI/CD pipelines |
| • Implement evaluation plans using data gathered from testing activities |
| • Plan and conduct performance data collection efforts |
| • Analyze performance risks and contribute to test evaluation strategies |
| • Support system readiness, data collection, and performance analysis |
| • Assess operational and system performance requirements to prioritize Test and Evaluation objectives and support evaluation planning |
| • Coordinate with systems engineering teams for evaluation planning |
| • Prepare and present test reports, briefings, and documentation |
| • Evaluate operational environments and mission priorities to guide scenario selection and user participation in Test and Evaluation activities |
| • Develop risk-informed performance assessments focused on system effectiveness, suitability, and operational outcomes |
| • Support inspections, demonstrations, paper analyses, surveys, simulations, and live testing activities |
| • Analyze performance risk areas and adapt Modeling and Simulation for Test and Evaluation use |
| BASIC QUALIFICATIONS |
| • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph |
| • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or a related discipline |
| • Four additional years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree |
| • Minimum of 5 years of test engineering experience supporting programs of similar scope and complexity |
| PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS |
| • Experience with GitLab, JMeter, Testkube, Selenium, or Robot Framework |
| • Experience with automated service and UI testing |
| • Familiarity with cloud environments |
| • Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and release management processes |

| COMPENSATION NOTE |
| Salary range: $134,514.00 - $172,020.00 per year. This is a full-time, on-site position in Annapolis Junction, MD. Access to both low-side and high-side networks is required. |
