Job Description
The Ground Intelligence Support Activity (GISA) is seeking a highly organized Office Manager to support daily operations in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This role oversees administrative workflow, manages calendars and correspondence, and ensures compliance with DoW standards. The Office Manager also coordinates logistics, procurement actions, records management, and visitor access requirements.
This is a full-time onsite position in Ft. Belvoir, VA.

$110,000 - $130,000 USD

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Administrative Operations: Manage daily office workflows, including calendar management, answering multi-line communication systems, and routing internal and external inquiries. Draft, format, and review official correspondence, memorandums, and briefings in accordance with Department of War (DoW) standards.
- Logistics & Procurement: Monitor and maintain office supply inventories. Coordinate procurement requests through the established contracting framework. Manage maintenance requests for office equipment and coordinate with facility management for infrastructure needs.
- Information Management: Maintain official records management systems. Ensure proper routing, tracking, and archiving of internal taskers, action items, and personnel documents within GISA.
- Security & Access Control: Coordinate visitor access and process clearance certifications (e.g., Visit Authorization Requests). Assist with the administrative in-processing and out-processing of GISA personnel in coordination with the Facility Security Officer (FSO).
- Event Coordination: Organize schedules for conference rooms, coordinate logistical requirements for high-level GISA meetings, and prepare necessary briefing materials and physical read-ahead packets.
Required Skills, Experience & Education
- TS/SCI clearance
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of administrative or office management experience, preferably within a military, DoW, or intelligence community environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard enterprise software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint) and familiarity with military correspondence manuals (e.g., AR 25-50 or equivalent DoW directives).
- Operational Skills: Strong organizational abilities, excellent written and verbal communication, and the capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
