Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Network Defense (CND) Analyst 3 to join our team in Honolulu, Hawaii. This position is critical to our organization's mission, requiring a professional with a strong background in cybersecurity and network defense.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze network traffic to identify potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Investigate security incidents and develop strategies to mitigate risks.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect our network infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive security coverage.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members.
• Stay current with emerging threats and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity or network defense.
• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph (CI Poly) required.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and intrusion detection systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud-based security solutions.
• Knowledge of compliance standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and HIPAA.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or SANS certifications.
