Raytheon is seeking Sr. Inventory Compliance Manager who will be accountable for all Inventory Compliance tasks associated with Raytheon Effectors technology portfolio locations. The manager will oversee a team of experienced professionals executing inventory and compliance activities as well as managing the daily operations of inventory compliance team members across Effectors site manufacturing locations. The manager will be expected to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, conduct presentations, executive summaries, and establish harmonized processes across Raytheon Logistics.

This role will provide input into hiring, promotions, performance, and rewards decisions for direct reports. Oversee the development of employees to achieve talent and career growth. The Inventory Compliance manager will lead, direct, and review the work of the team with a level of autonomy in their assignments.

What You Will Do:

  • Collaborate with RTX and Raytheon Operations & Supply Chain leadership to shape, develop and execute Inventory Compliance strategies and objectives to achieve compliance, cost, quality and service level goals.
  • Harmonize Inventory Compliance best practices across Raytheon warehouse managed inventory positions.
  • Utilize CORE principles and emphasize a culture of continuous improvement across the logistics organization.
  • Partner with and develop Property, Logistics, Finance, Production Control, MPM and 3PL partners to establish compliant inventory positions and execute corrective actions.
  • Create business cases and savings plans for Inventory Compliance related activities.
  • Drive innovation in logistics processes and technologies to improve labor efficiency and provide cost reduction opportunities.
  • Identify and mitigate inventory risk impacting material availability.
  • Oversee SAP inventory health activities and take steps to ensure accurate inventory records are maintained.
  • Develop and manage key performance metrics.
  • This is an onsite role at one of our Tucson, AZ locations.


Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's and a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years' experience.
  • Experience within Operations, Supply Chain, or Quality Control in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience conducting transactions within an SAP and/or ERP system as it relates to material management.
  • Experience working with O365 including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Experience with Six Sigma methodology (CORE) and/or tools such as lean manufacturing, diagnostic, process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience in all audit activity related to inventory including, but not limited to, MMAS, MAAR13, and Sarbanes Oxley.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, including senior executives, suppliers and customers.
  • Certifications such as APICS CSCP, CLTD, or PMP, CORE Professional or CORE Expert.

The salary range for this role is 132,400 USD - 251,600 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company's performance.
