iQuasar LLC is seeking a Spanish Cryptologic Language Analyst (CLA) Training Developer. iQuasar is an 18+-year-old Northern Virginia company delivering recruitment, proposal development, digital marketing, software development and IT solutions to Small and Medium Business (SMB) Government contractors in technology and Civil Engineering verticals.
One of our clients needs a Spanish Cryptologic Language Analyst (CLA) Training Developer for San Angelo, Texas
• Position: Spanish Cryptologic Language Analyst (CLA) Training Developer
• Location: San Angelo, TX
• Position Type: Full-time
• Visa Status: US Citizen
• Clearance: TS/SCI with Eligibility to obtain FS Polygraph
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Language, Area Studies, Education, Instructional Systems Design (ISD), Intelligence, or related field; OR four (4) additional years of relevant practical experience in lieu of degree (for a total of nine years of experience).
• One year of ISD experience within the last four years, including synchronous/asynchronous methods and adult instruction using web-based tools (e.g., Centra, Blackboard, Questionmark, SumTotal).
• Native-level proficiency and minimum ILR level 4 in Spanish reading, listening, and speaking, with ILR level 2 in English; OR native English proficiency with ILR level 2+ in Spanish reading and listening (proficiency documented within the last five years).
• Five years of experience as a language analyst, including three years in SIGINT/IC roles, and at least one year of experience developing or updating training materials in line with ISD principles.
Desired Qualifications
• Advanced proficiency with training technologies and eLearning platforms.
• Experience with blended learning and immersive training design for linguists.
• Prior NSA, DoD, or Intelligence Community training development experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in SIGINT operations and mission readiness training.
