Job Description
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems Management, Technology Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience developing and supporting management information systems, at least three (3) years of experience serving in a technical lead or supervisory capacity.
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) preferred.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience developing, testing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Power Platform applications, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Experience supporting all phases of the product lifecycle, including analysis and design, coding, testing, documentation, and configuration management.
• Proven experience developing, testing, and troubleshooting Microsoft Power Platform applications.
• Experience supporting compliance-driven workflows, including protocol tracking, approval routing, audit readiness, and reporting.
• Experience administering Microsoft SharePoint sites and associated data management processes.
• Experience supporting Department of Defense (DoD) or Department of the Navy (DON) systems and operations.
• Experience supporting Navy Flank Speed (NFS) M365 environments.
• Experience supporting Agile Scrum development environments and Azure DevOps workflows.
• Active U.S. Government security clearance is required.
Insight Global is seeking a Lead SharePoint Engineer to support the operations, maintenance, enhancement, and modernization of mission-critical management information systems supporting Department of the Navy (DON). This position serves as a technical lead responsible for system development, workflow automation, Microsoft Power Platform solutions, SharePoint administration, compliance-driven system enhancements, reporting capabilities, and lifecycle management activities supporting RPITMS operations within the Navy Flank Speed (NFS) M365 environment. This position is onsite in Chesapeake, VA.
