Job Description
We are seeking a SAP MM Functional Analyst to support day-to-day operations across procurement processes. This role focuses on ticket resolution, master data validation, testing support, and documentation, ensuring stability and accuracy across procure-to-pay (P2P) activities while partnering with functional and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Triage and resolve MM-related tickets (PR/PO issues, goods receipts, pricing errors, release strategy blocks) using established runbooks
• Validate and maintain MM master data including material master, vendor data, purchasing info records, and pricing conditions
• Assist with basic configuration changes under supervision (document types, tolerances, release strategies)
• Support testing efforts including creation and execution of test scripts for P2P scenarios
• Log, track, and retest defects to ensure resolution quality
• Develop user documentation including SOPs, job aids, and training materials
• Coordinate with technical teams on defects and enhancements (RICE objects) with clear functional requirements
• Support continuous improvement of procurement processes and operational efficiency
