Job Description
We are seeking a UiPath RPA Developer to support the design and delivery of intelligent automation solutions in a client-facing environment. This role will partner with business and technology stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions that drive efficiency and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, test, and deploy UiPath-based automation solutions across the full lifecycle
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Create process and solution design documentation (PDDs, SDDs, workflows)
• Build reusable components and integrate automations with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
• Support testing (unit, SIT, UAT), deployments, and ongoing bot monitoring and maintenance
• Troubleshoot issues and drive continuous improvement of automation solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BA, QA, architects, PMs) to ensure successful delivery
• Contribute to automation strategy, pipeline prioritization, and client discussions
