The base salary range for this position is $127,000 to $159,800 (USD), exclusive of any discretionary bonuses and benefits.

Working Conditions:
Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Additional details on the precise hours will be informed to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager.
Employees are required to notify management in advance of any plans to relocate out of state to ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment regulations.
Physical Requirements:
May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the workday.
Background Screening/Check/Investigation:
Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.

Essential Job Functions:
- Drive and support the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and systems engineering processes.
- Manage and optimize Agile workflows using Jira Boards, Dashboards, Plans, and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to track requirements, prioritize work, and maintain project visibility.
- Develop and manage critical technical documentation, including: System architecture and data flow diagrams, Design documentation, Requirements traceability, and Test procedures and validation artifacts.
- Support security accreditation, compliance audits, and certification activities by maintaining required documentation and evidence.
Minimum Required Qualifications:
- Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access; U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Active TS/SCI w/ polygraph
- Seven (7) years' experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and GitLab.
- Knowledge of systems engineering methodologies, requirements management, and Agile practices.
- Experience supporting security and compliance frameworks.
- Technical documentation experience.
- The ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear processes and actionable plans.
Desired/Preferred Skills:
- Docker and Kubernetes experience.
- AWS cloud services knowledge.
- Systems monitoring and operational sustainment experience.
- Language analysis or linguist mission background.
- Section 508 accessibility compliance expertise.
