CA-Telephone Support Technician-Secret

Sunayu, LLC has an exciting new opportunity to support the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center (DLIFLC). We are looking for professionals to help us manage and modernize the IT infrastructure that drives world-class language instruction for the DLIFLC’s diverse academic community.

The person in this position provides telephone, or office support services. The duties will include all Tier 1 and 2 duties, advanced OS support, intermediate account support, advanced software support, intermediate hardware support, deploying Mac, Windows and iOS images to devices.

Position Requirements


Experience:

• Familiarity with Ivanti Management Suite, and Windows imaging.

Education:

• Associate’s degree (AA/AS) in Information Technology or related field


• or 2-year technical diploma


• or 2+ years of directly relevant hands-on IT support experience.


• Bachelor’s preferred, not required.

Certifications:

• IAT Level I (A+ CE or Network+ CE) — required.


• IAT Level II (Security+, CySA+, or SSCP) — preferred for shift leads/escalation or when privileged admin access is assigned.


• Vendor OS cert (Windows or Apple) preferred for imaging/break-fix.

Physical Demands


This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. The ability to move files, open filing cabinets, and bend or stand as necessary would be required.

Pay Rate


Salary range considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
