Job Description
C2 Technology Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Specialist to support recruiting, hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. This is a hybrid, part-time position with the potential to transition into a full-time role.
Responsibilities
-Manage full-cycle recruiting for cleared and non-cleared positions
-Source, screen, and interview candidates
-Coordinate onboarding and employee orientation
-Administer benefits and manage employee relations
-Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
-Maintain recruiting and personnel records
-Coordinate offboarding activities
-Support HR compliance and administrative functions
Requirements
-U.S. citizen
-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
-3+ years of experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or Employee Operations
-Experience supporting government contractors
-Direct experience recruiting cleared professionals
-Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
-Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS and/or ATS
Preferred Qualifications
-Knowledge of McNamara-O'Hara Service Contract Act (SCA) requirements and administration
-Active security clearance with Polygraph

-Approximately 20 hours per week
-In-person support required during the standard work week
-Potential to transition into a full-time position
