ALL SOURCE INTELLIGENCE ANALYST
Location: Springfield, VA | Type: Full-Time | Clearance: Active TS/SCI
Responsibilities:
• The Contractor shall prepare all-source intelligence products (e.g., intelligence briefs, written intelligence threat estimates, and intelligence threat bulletins) to support the FPS.
• The Contractor shall establish and maintain systematic, cross-referenced criminal intelligence records and files.
• The Contractor shall receive and process incoming reports and messages from security and law enforcement offices organic to FPS.
• The Contractor shall determine the significance and reliability of incoming information.
• The Contractor shall assist the Government in the analysis and evaluation of intelligence holdings to determine changes in capabilities, vulnerabilities, and probable courses of action.
• The Contractor shall assemble and proofread intelligence reports and assist in consolidating them into customer-required format.
• The Contractor shall store and retrieve criminal intelligence data using Government-furnished computers.
• The Contractor shall prepare criminal intelligence products that will be used to support the Executive Leadership Team’s decision making process when planning, managing or maintaining law enforcement and security operations in or around federal facilities protected by FPS.
• The Contractor shall prepare threat briefs, threat assessments and criminal intelligence analytical support to NCR Intelligence Analyst in support of the FPS mission.
• The Contractor shall maintain awareness of emerging criminal intelligence and security threats that have the potential to impact the overall posture to the homeland.
Required Skills:
• Prior experience performing Open-Source Collection.
• Intelligence Community (IC) experience desired; DHS intelligence analysis experience preferred.
• Experience working researching and providing evaluations for Intelligence Information Reports (IIR).
• Six (6) years of experience working with DHS data sources desired.
• Knowledge of the DHS FPS intelligence authorities, DHS component missions, and the role of FPS in supporting the DHS Intelligence Enterprise; overall FPS intelligence research, analysis, and production process.
• Specific knowledge of Title 18 authorities,
• Knowledge of multiple open-source areas including surface, deep, and dark web.
• Knowledge of multiple collection techniques or approaches.
• Knowledge of developing a collection plan and dissemination practices.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite, common Open-Source tools, and DHS data systems. Experience working researching and providing evaluations for Intelligence Information Reports (IIR).
Desired:
• Education Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution preferred in International Studies, Intelligence, Homeland Security, Criminal Justice, or other related concentration.
• Criminal Intelligence analysis experience desired.
